Jaypee Group

You can find us at 5A/130 in the N.I.T area of Faridabad. This has been our base for the Jaypee Group operations in this part of town for quite some time. The office is pretty basic. We have some metal cupboards for our files and a few desks that have seen a lot of use. Faridabad is a busy, working-class city, and our office fits right in with that vibe. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have on hand. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street outside with trucks and rickshaws going by. We spend our days talking to site managers and checking on supply deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We don't use any complicated jargon or have big presentations. We just look at the plans and figure out how to get the next step done. The neighborhood knows us well, and we’ve been around long enough to see a lot of changes in N.I.T. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like the honesty of just working hard and seeing things get built properly.
