M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited

Down in Faridabad, specifically on Suraj Kund Road, we’ve got our office at G-3/E-6 in the Sterling Apartment complex. We are part of the Charm Wood Village area, which is actually quite a nice spot to work from. M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited uses this space mostly for handling the regional work around this side of Haryana. It’s not your typical high-rise office block. Instead, we are set up in an apartment, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded business park. We have plenty of room for the staff to go over project details and manage the day-to-day operations. The location is pretty handy since Suraj Kund Road is well connected. You’ll usually see us with blueprints spread out or busy on the phone with various contractors. We don't go in for much show. The walls are mostly covered with charts and project timelines. It gets busy, especially when there are deadlines looming for the infrastructure projects we are tied to. Working out of Charm Wood Village means we are away from the worst of the city noise, which helps when you need to concentrate on complex engineering bits. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It is a practical office for a practical team.
