Our place is located at Plot No-169-170 in Village Nawada. It’s just off the Badkhal Pali Road, which is a fairly well-known route around here. We do a lot of forging and engineering work, so the shop floor is always hot and noisy. There’s the constant sound of metal being worked on and the smell of oil and heat. We have two plots, so there’s a bit of walking back and forth to manage everything. It’s not a polished environment by any means. The walls are stained with soot and the floor is rough concrete. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have a small corner where we keep the paperwork and take our breaks. Working in Village Nawada means we are slightly away from the main city buzz, but the Pali Road still keeps us connected. We spend our days dealing with heavy parts and making sure the furnaces are at the right temperature. It’s physically demanding work and we usually go home covered in grime. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, and we just focus on getting the orders finished. There isn't any fancy talk here, just the reality of working with metal every single day. We take our tea breaks together near the main entrance where it’s a bit cooler. It’s a tough job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we just keep at it.
