Janak Properties

Janak Properties is located right at 1 Ankhir Chowk in Sector 16. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just stop in while they are doing their shopping in the Main Market. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of what goes on outside. There is always someone walking by or a car pulling up nearby. The market gets really crowded on the weekends, but we are here through the week too. It’s a basic setup inside with a few chairs and some old desks that have been around for years. We don't have any big corporate decorations. It's just a place where we sit and talk about houses and land. We keep our keys and ledgers in the back. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s just how things are at Janak Properties. We know the neighbors in the other shops pretty well since we see them every morning when we roll up the shutters. It feels like a community here in Sector 16. We like being in the middle of the market because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our work and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time.
