Jai Durga Trading Company

Jai Durga Trading Company is tucked away at 2A/20 in N.I.T. It’s a simple setup we have here. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking what’s left on the shelves in the back. Trading isn’t always glamorous; it’s mostly about keeping track of numbers and making sure the crates go out on time. The office is small, and there are stacks of invoices and ledgers everywhere you look. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we know most of the people who come by. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the street noise all day long. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to keep the inventory straight and answer the door when someone knocks. Sometimes the deliveries are late, or the weather makes it hard to move things around, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a bit cluttered in here, and we probably use more coffee than we should to stay alert. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job in N.I.T. and keep the business moving along without too much fuss. It’s practical work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We usually have a radio playing in the corner, though most of the time you can't hear it over the sound of the loading carts.
