J P Estates

Our place is at J 1034 in Palam Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main commercial hub. I like it here because I can actually hear myself think. Most of the people who come in are locals from the surrounding blocks. I’ve lived in Palam Vihar for a long time, so I know most of the shortcuts and which houses have the best layouts. The office is basically a room with a table, a few chairs, and a computer that’s a bit slow. I spend a lot of my morning just checking emails and making phone calls to owners. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes I’ll spend half the day out on my scooter visiting different sites. Palam Vihar is a big place, and keeping track of all the J block properties takes some effort. I don’t have any assistants, so it’s mostly just me doing everything from the paperwork to the site visits for J P Estates. I usually have a few files open on my desk at any given time. It’s not a corporate setup, just a local business where you can walk in and talk. If the door is locked, I’m probably out showing a house nearby. I usually leave a note on the door. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for the folks around here.
