Our office is over at H-269 on the Vikaspuri Main Road. It’s right near Saffron Plaza, so it's not hard to find if you're driving through. The road gets quite crowded in the evenings, so I usually try to get the outdoor work done in the mornings before the traffic hits. I spend a lot of my time just sitting here with a ledger or chatting with neighbors who stop by. We’ve been in this part of Vikaspuri for some time now. The office is simple, nothing like those big corporate places downtown. We have a couple of desks and some old maps of the area on the wall. It helps when someone asks about a specific block or a shortcut. Dealing with properties is mostly just about knowing who is moving out and who is moving in. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking things twice. Sometimes the phone rings all morning and other times it’s quiet enough to actually read the newspaper. I usually keep some tea ready for anyone who drops in. Saffron Plaza is a good spot to have nearby because if I need something quickly, I just walk over. It's a decent neighborhood and people here tend to know each other. We just help out with the buying and selling without making a big fuss about it. It's honest work and keeps us busy enough for J P Aggarwal Properties.
