J K Estate Agency is located right in the Mini Market of Sector 7. We have Shops 82 and 83, which gives us a bit of room to sit down with people who are looking for a place to live or maybe wanting to sell their own house. Being near Satya Palace makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful since the market can get a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some days are slow, just sitting there waiting for someone to walk in, while other days we are out on our feet showing flats and houses all over the sector. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We don't have a flashy website or anything; we mostly just know the local landlords and who is moving out next month. We keep a ledger of available spots and try to match them up with what people are asking for. It’s not always easy because people have very specific ideas about what they want, and the houses in Sector 7 vary quite a bit. Sometimes the deals fall through at the last minute, and we just have to start over. That’s just the nature of real estate in a local market like this one. We’re just here every day, open for business in the mini market.
