J B Sharma Properties is located over at Vepar Kendar in Palam Viher, Gurgaon. This is the main office where we do most of our work. Gurgaon is a place that never seems to stop growing, and being in Palam Viher puts us right in the middle of it. We spend our days talking to people about land, apartments, and shops. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on the latest listings that pop up. The office in Vepar Kendar is pretty functional; we have our desks, some maps of the local areas on the wall, and a place for people to sit when they come in to chat. We don't go for anything too fancy because we’d rather spend our time actually looking at properties than decorating an office. Dealing with property in Gurgaon can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the new regulations and the way prices jump around, but we just take it one day at a time. People come to us because they know we’ve been in Palam Viher for a while and we know which streets are quiet and which ones are going to be noisy with construction for the next two years. We don't make big promises, we just show what's available and try to help folks find a spot that fits their needs and their budget.
