J B B Realtors is based on the ground floor of the Signature Tower in Sector 29. It’s a pretty busy building, and being on the first level means we see a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. Our office is where we handle the property side of things for this area. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to keep our files and meet with people who are interested in the local market. Sector 29 has a lot of energy, and we spend a good chunk of our time just keeping up with what’s being built and what’s being sold nearby. We aren't really the type to use big sales pitches. Usually, we just tell people what we know about the building or the neighborhood and let them decide for themselves. There's a lot of coffee involved in our daily routine, especially when we have a long list of properties to go through. Sometimes we are stuck at the desk for hours doing paperwork, and other times we are out across the city looking at sites. It gets busy, especially in the afternoons when the tower gets crowded. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the paperwork is in order so nobody has a headache later on. It’s a regular job in a fast-paced part of the city.
