If you are looking for us, we are located at GF 122 C in the Sushant Arcade, which is part of B Block in Sushant Lok Phase I. Innovative Realtors is basically just a few of us working out of this ground-floor spot. It’s a good location because people can just walk right in from the arcade without having to hunt for an elevator. The office is quite simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of property listings pinned up or kept in folders. We don’t have any big, shiny signs or a fancy lobby. We’ve been in this part of Sushant Lok for a while now, so we’ve seen how the neighborhood has grown and changed. People come to us when they’re looking for a new place to live or a shop to rent. We just sit down with them and see what we can find that fits their budget. We don’t use any of those high-pressure sales tactics. We think it’s better to just be honest about what’s available. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk, but other days we are running around from morning till night. It’s the nature of the real estate business. We like being in B Block because it feels like we’re right in the middle of things. It’s a local business run by people who actually live and work in the area.
