India Properties

Our office is located at U 16/4 in DLF City Phase III. We are quite close to the RBI Building, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. It is a decent area, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. India Properties has been in this spot for some time now. We are not a big, flashy operation. The office is just a regular room with some chairs and a computer where we keep track of all the local listings. We spend most of our time talking to people about what they need and looking through the files we have collected over the years. Phase III has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings popping up and others getting renovated. We try to keep up with all of it by walking the blocks and talking to the people who live around here. It is a lot of simple, honest work. We do not use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and some basic computer stuff. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break, but usually, we are busy with phone calls or paperwork. If you are near the RBI Building, you are basically there. It is a quiet enough place to sit down and figure out property stuff without too much noise or distraction from the outside world. Just us doing our thing every day.
