Ibm India Ltd

Our office is in Block 20, Plot 16 on the ground floor in Spring Field Colony. This is over in the Sector 30 and 31 area of Faridabad, 121003. It's a decent spot, not too far from the main roads but tucked back enough that we don't hear all the traffic. Ibm India Ltd has been using this ground floor space for a while. We have enough room for our team and all the files we keep. The floor is plain tile and the lighting is just standard tubes. It gets the job done without any fuss. We don't have a giant logo on the door, just a small sign so people know they are at the right place. Most of us live in the surrounding sectors, so the commute isn't too bad. We bring our lunch from home and eat together at the big table in the back. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use big words or try to sound like a massive corporation. We are just local employees doing the work that needs to be done. The colony is quiet and has a few trees, which is nice when we step outside for a break. We handle our business and keep things moving along without any drama or unnecessary polish. It is just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized.
