Our spot is at House Number 453 in Sector 55, which is part of the Ballabgarh side of Faridabad. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always trucks and noise from the nearby factories. Hyderabad Industries Ltd has been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a basic setup, nothing that would win any awards for design, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and dealing with the local vendors. The dust from the road can be a bit much, especially in the dry season, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a busy part of town. You’ve got the metro not too far away, which helps some of the staff get in, but most of us just use our bikes. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just eat at our desks or go to the little dhaba around the corner if we want something hot. The work is steady. We don’t make a big fuss about things. If a machine breaks or the internet goes down, we just fix it and keep going. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one is trying to impress anyone here. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the day goes by without too many headaches. It’s just a plain office where we do our bit and go home.
