Hpl Additives has its home at 620 Sec 55 in Faridabad. We’ve been at this site for a long while, and it’s become a second home for most of us. Sector 55 is a busy part of town, full of trucks and people moving about. Inside our gates, it’s all about the details. We work with materials that most people don't think about, but they're important for making things last. It’s a technical kind of job, but the way we run the place is pretty old-fashioned. We talk to each other face-to-face instead of sending emails from across the room. There’s always someone in a lab coat or a hard hat walking around. The office part of the building is usually stacked with files and samples. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather spend our resources on the equipment and the people who know how to use it. Some days the heat in the summer makes it tough, but the fans keep spinning and we keep working. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve built over the years. We take pride in just doing the job right the first time so we don't have to go back and fix mistakes. It’s just how things are done here in Faridabad, with a lot of grit and not much ego. We focus on the product and let that speak for itself.
