Our office is over in the Raj Nagar area of Ghaziabad. We are at R-12/49, which is a fairly easy address to find once you get into the right block. Raj Nagar is one of the more established parts of the city, so the roads are a bit wider, but it still gets quite congested during rush hour. The building we are in is a mix of residential and commercial, which is very common around here. We have our section on one of the floors where we handle all the regional work. It’s not a place with a lot of decoration. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a whole lot of work to do. The Uttar Pradesh heat can be quite something, especially in June, so we are grateful for the fans and the old AC unit we have. Sometimes the local monkeys come onto the balcony, so we have to make sure the windows are shut tight. It is a busy office with people coming in and out, but we try to keep things orderly. We are close to some local eateries, so lunch is usually something from the nearby stalls. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one wears suits here unless there is a very specific reason. We are just a group of people getting through the daily tasks and managing the business from this corner of Ghaziabad. It feels like a real, working part of the community.
