Hot Properties Consultant

Hot Properties Consultant is based at Sf/222 in Sushant Lok Phase II. It is on the second floor of the building. We have been working in this part of Gurgaon for several years now. It is a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. Most of our work is about helping people find a home in Sushant Lok. We know the area block by block. Some days are spent entirely outdoors, walking through different houses and checking the fittings. We have to make sure the electricity and water are working before we show a place to anyone. It takes a lot of time to manage all these details. We aren't a massive agency with dozens of agents. It is just a small office where we handle everything ourselves. We get a lot of phone calls every day, and sometimes it is hard to keep up. We use a simple ledger to keep track of who is looking for what. People around here know us, and we often get people walking in just to ask about the market. We don't try to sound like a corporate office. We just talk like regular people. If a property has a problem, like a leaky roof or a noisy neighbor, we tell people about it. It’s easier that way for everyone in the long run. We stay busy with the local market.
