Our office is located at SCO No. 42 in Sector-12. Being in Faridabad for this long means we’ve seen a lot of people move in and out of the area. It’s a busy spot here in 121006. We started Homes N More Private Limited because there seemed to be a need for someone local to just talk straight about houses. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big ads. Usually, it's just us sitting in the office dealing with the daily grind of property stuff. Some days are slow, others we are running around Haryana trying to get things sorted. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We know the streets around Sector-12 like the back of our hands. If someone asks about a specific block, we usually have an answer. The kettle is usually on if someone drops by to chat about a listing. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. It’s just a regular office where we handle real estate. We’ve had some folks come back to us years later when they want to move again, which is nice. It keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Most of the time, that’s just making sure the papers are right and the keys are where they should be.
