Himalaya Properties is located in Bazriyan. It’s an old area and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The office isn't much to look at, just a simple room where we handle our business. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency or having the flashiest signs. We just know the local property scene and the people who live here. Most of our work comes from folks walking in or through word of mouth. We deal with small plots of land, old houses, and the occasional shop space. Bazriyan has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work with that over the years. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to neighbors about who might be selling or who needs a new place to rent. It’s a slow process sometimes, and the paperwork can be a real headache, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics because that’s not how people around here like to be treated. We’d rather tell you the truth about a property and let you decide for yourself. If you’re passing through Bazriyan and need some help with a property matter, you can usually find us in the office. We aren't always there—sometimes we’re out checking on a site—but we’re never far away. It’s just a local business run by local people.
