If you head down to the Industrial Area N.I.T. in Faridabad, you’ll find us at Plot No. 24 B/5. This part of Faridabad is always moving, with people hauling stuff back and forth all day. Hardayal Engineering Works is one of many shops in this block. We’ve got a decent-sized space where we do all our fabrication and metalwork. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s always a bit of dust from the grinding and welding going on. We have a few older machines that have been with us since we opened, and they still work just as well as the new ones we bought recently. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes the boss is out on the floor helping with a heavy lift, and sometimes the junior guys are helping with the paperwork. It’s a bit informal, but we get the work done on time. We don't bother with fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just look at the drawings, grab our tools, and get started. It can be exhausting when the deadlines are tight, but seeing a finished piece of machinery ready to ship out makes it worth the effort. We’ve been doing this for a long time now and we just keep at it every day.
