Haapy Homes Properties

We have our little setup at Sohna Fazilpur Chowk, which is right near Omax Plaza. It’s a busy intersection and we see a lot of people passing by every day. At Haapy Homes Properties, we mostly focus on helping folks find a place to live or a bit of land around the Sohna area. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and some chairs where we sit down and go over listings. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we don't mind much. We spend a lot of our time out of the office, actually looking at the houses and plots we talk about. It’s better to see things in person than just looking at a piece of paper. The area near Omax Plaza has grown a lot lately, and there are always new people moving in. We try to keep a good handle on what’s for rent or sale so we can tell people the truth about what’s out there. We aren't big city brokers; we just know this specific patch of ground really well. Sometimes clients come in just to ask about the neighborhood or where the best shops are. We’ve got a small team here and we’ve been working together for a while. We just do our work, drink our tea, and help people get their paperwork sorted. It’s a living, and it keeps us involved with the local community here at the chowk.
