H R Academy

We started H R Academy in Faridabad, specifically in the N I T 1 area at D/2Bp. It’s a place where we do a lot of teaching and training for people who want to improve their skills. We aren't one of those big, expensive institutes you see in the city center. We keep things pretty basic here. The classrooms are simple, with enough chairs for everyone and a board that’s seen better days. Most of the people who come to us are from around the Faridabad area, so it feels a bit like a community spot. We spend a lot of our time looking at textbooks and helping people prepare for whatever comes next in their careers. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking noise, and the tea guy is usually late, but the teaching happens regardless. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the fact that we show up every day and do our best to explain things clearly. It gets quite loud when classes let out and everyone is talking at once in the hallway. We like that energy, though. It reminds us why we opened the place in the first place. If you walk by D/2Bp, you’ll probably hear us talking through a lesson or see students hanging out near the entrance waiting for their ride home. It is a busy place.
