Guruji Properties

Guruji Properties is located at 19 Faridabad N I T. We are pretty close to the Whirlpool factory, so if you hear the noise from the industrial area, you are probably nearby. I have been around this part of Faridabad for most of my life. The area around N I T is always humming with activity because of the factories. Our office at 19 is just a basic room where we keep our records and meet people. It isn't a flashy place. We have a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough. People often use the Whirlpool factory as a landmark to find us. We deal with properties in the surrounding blocks. It is a lot of work sometimes because people are always moving in and out for jobs in the factories. Guruji Properties is just a small operation. We don't have a website or anything fancy like that. Most of our business comes from people walking in or calling the number on the board outside. We know the landlords and the tenants around here quite well. It is a busy life in Faridabad N I T and we are just glad to have a spot here. We keep things simple and don't try to overcomplicate the property business.
