Our office is located at 151 Sushant Lok Vyapar Kendra, right on the ground floor in Block C. If you’re familiar with the area near DLF City IV, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. It’s a busy market area and we like being right in the middle of it. We deal with all sorts of property links around here. Some days it’s residential plots, other days it’s someone looking for a small shop space. We have been here long enough to see the buildings around us go up one by one. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We don’t have a big corporate setup. Our desks are usually covered in maps and old files. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like regular people. Gurgaon property can be confusing with all the different blocks and phases. We try to explain things clearly so nobody gets stuck later on. Sometimes things move slowly because of the registry office or other delays. We can't do much about that, but we stay on top of the phone calls. People in Sushant Lok know us as the local guys they can drop in on. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to get the job done right so people can move into their new places without too much stress. It’s hard work but we enjoy the pace. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
