Gursimrat Real Estate is at 5 Modi Nagar in Indra Market. We are located on Gurudwara Road, which is quite close to the Park Raja Hotel. It is a very lively part of the market. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking outside our door. Our office is a small place. It has been there for years and looks a bit lived-in. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. It is not a corporate office with fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to whoever comes in. The Gurudwara is nearby, so the area has a nice feel to it, especially in the mornings. We handle local property deals in Modi Nagar and the surrounding spots. We don't do any big marketing. Most of our customers are people who have known us for a long time or were told about us by a friend. We keep our notes in handwritten diaries. It is just the way we have always done things. Sometimes we stand outside the shop and talk to the other market owners. It is a small-town way of doing business even though the city is growing. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just know the local streets and the people who live on them. It is a simple life and we like it.
