Gurgaon Properties Net is located at K3/85 in DLF City Phase 2. We are on the lower ground floor. It is a good spot because it is right opposite Sahara Mall. That part of the road is always packed with cars and people going to the shops. Being on the lower ground means we are a little bit tucked away from all that noise on the main street. The office is simple. We have some old desks and a few chairs. It is not a place with glass walls or fancy lights. We have been here for a good number of years now. We know Phase 2 like the back of our hand. We mostly deal with the houses and floors in this specific area. People find us because they see our sign when they are heading to the mall. We don't spend money on big ads. We just wait for people to walk in or give us a call. It is a small operation. We drink our tea and look over the property listings we have in our files. Sometimes the light isn't great down here, but it stays cool in the summer. We are just local people doing property work. There is no corporate talk here. We just tell people the facts about the houses they are looking at. It is a steady way to work in a very fast city.
