Gurgaon Home Mart

Gurgaon Home Mart operates from a few different spots. We have a place at L-7 in Yadav Market, which is in DLF City Phase 4. Then we have another spot at UGF 57 in Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok 1. We also spend time around Bodhiq Marg in DLF City Phase 1, near the shopping mall. It is a lot of moving around between these locations. Gurgaon is a big, busy city and we try to cover these different blocks. Our offices are small and practical. They are not fancy corporate suites. We are usually out on our scooters going from one phase to another. The markets like Vyapar Kendra are always buzzing with people and noise. It can be quite a struggle with the traffic sometimes. We handle residential properties in these DLF phases and Sushant Lok. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the different blocks by heart. We don't use any flashy marketing. We just talk to the owners and the people looking for homes. It is a lot of phone calls and meeting people at tea stalls. We don't have a big mission statement. We are just local guys who know the Gurgaon property market because we live and work right in the middle of it every day. It is a busy life but it is what we know.
