You can find us at 150 Sector 7 on YMCA Road. We are located very close to the Arya Samaj Mandir, which is a good landmark for people trying to find the shop. Gupta Properties & Consultant has been in this area for a long time. The road outside is always busy with traffic, and you can hear the bells from the Mandir during the day. Our office at number 150 is small and a bit old-fashioned. We have some heavy wooden furniture and a big metal safe for our documents. It’s a simple setup. We spend the day talking to people who come in asking about the local area. There is always a lot of tea being made and plenty of files to look through. Sector 7 is a lively neighborhood, and we feel like a part of it. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and a clock that ticks quite loudly. The floor is made of old stone and it’s seen a lot of footsteps over the years. We open up early in the morning before the YMCA road gets too crowded. It’s a long day of sitting and talking, but we don’t mind. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It is just a local business doing its work in a busy part of town.
