We are located at Plot No. 100, Block A in Sainik Colony, Sector 49. This is a residential area, so it has got a very different feel than the commercial hubs. Growth First Realtors LLP is the name on the door. Our office is just a regular building on the plot. We spend most of our time dealing with the houses and the people who live around here. Sainik Colony is a place with its own character, and being in Block A puts us right in the middle of it. The day usually starts with a bit of cleaning and then we get to the paperwork. There are always documents to be filed and calls to return about property listings. We do not use any fancy systems, just a lot of manual tracking and local knowledge. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the folders on the desks, but we find our way through it. People from the colony often drop by just to see what the market is doing or to ask about a specific house nearby. We give them a straight answer based on what we have seen that week. It is a lot of legwork, walking from one plot to another. We enjoy being part of the Sector 49 community. It is a simple business and we like to keep it that way, just focusing on the homes and the land in this specific part of Gurgaon.
