Grover Properties

Grover Properties is located on the ground floor at 11744, Street Number 3. We are right in the Sant Nagar part of Karol Bagh. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know exactly how busy it gets every single day. The streets are narrow and there is always something going on right outside our door. Our office is quite small and very functional. We have a couple of old desks and some basic chairs for people to sit while we talk about shops or local flats. Being on the ground floor means people just wander in all day long without an appointment. Some are looking for a small place to rent, and others want to sell their family property. We have seen this neighborhood change so much over the years. We keep a simple register of who is looking for what. It is a lot of talking on the phone and walking to nearby buildings to show people different rooms. The walls inside are covered with a few maps of the local blocks. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Word of mouth is really how we get most of our visitors. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit. It is a very local way of doing business. We know almost all the landlords around Street No 3 and try to give people the facts.
