Green Star Properties

Green Star Properties is located out on Sohna Road, specifically in the Sangam Vihar area. It’s a part of town that’s seen a lot of growth lately, and we’ve been right here in the middle of it for some time. Our work is pretty basic: we deal with properties. Whether someone is looking to rent a small flat or buy a piece of land to build on later, we try to help out. The office is a bit of a revolving door with people coming in and out all day. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just seeing our sign or hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep things pretty informal. You can come in, sit down, and we’ll just talk about what’s on the market. We know Sohna Road like the back of our hands because we’re out there every day looking at houses and shops. Some days the traffic is terrible and we’re late for appointments, but we always try to make it eventually. It’s a hands-on business, and we’re not afraid to get our shoes dirty walking through a construction site or an overgrown lot. We just want to give people the straight story on what a property is worth and what the neighborhood is like without all the fluff you get elsewhere.
