Goodley Properties

We are based in Acharya Puri, right across from the Sector 52 Extension. It’s a part of town that has been changing quite a bit lately, but Goodley Properties stays pretty much the same. Our office is easy to spot if you’re coming from the main road. We do a lot of walking around the extension to see what’s available. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just how it is around here. People come in asking about plots or rentals mostly. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a big map on the wall that’s probably a bit out of date now. We don’t have a big staff, just enough people to handle the paperwork. Dealing with property in Acharya Puri means you get to know everyone on the block. We try to keep things straightforward. If a place isn't good, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. Most of our work is just checking titles and making sure the rent agreements are right. It’s a lot of detail work that people don’t always see. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever comes in from Sector 52. It’s a decent way to spend the day, honestly. We usually close up around six if it's been a long one.
