Gera Property Dealer

Our place is at Office No. B/414 and 415 on the first floor of the NIT building in Nehru Ground. Gera Property Dealer has been operating out of these two rooms for a good while. It's a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but once you find the first floor, we’re right there. We deal with all sorts of local property matters, from shops to residential spots around the NIT area. The office usually has a lot of paper stacked up because there’s always a lot of documentation to handle. It isn't a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at maps or contracts. Most of our days are spent meeting people who want to move their business or find a new home nearby. We know the Nehru Ground area inside and out since we spend so much time walking between the different blocks. Sometimes the hallways in the building get a bit dusty, but our office is kept tidy enough for meetings. We don't try to use big words or pretend we're something we're not. We’re just local people who understand how the property market works around here and we try to help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a steady kind of job and we like the people we meet along the way.
