We are located on the ground floor, unit Gf07, inside Ansal Plaza in Palam Vihar. It’s a convenient spot because people are already coming here for shopping or food. We’ve had our little office here for some time now. It’s mostly just us handling property matters for the neighborhood. Palam Vihar is a big area and there’s always someone moving in or out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the different blocks to check on houses. Our office is pretty basic. A couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders everywhere. We don't really go for that high-end corporate look. We’d rather just be approachable and real. People stop by all the time just to ask what the current rates are or if any new plots have opened up lately. We try to give them the real picture, not just what they want to hear. It’s better that way in the long run. We know the layout of Ansal Plaza like the back of our hands. Being here makes it easy for us to meet clients without them having to travel far. We aren't some massive chain with branches everywhere. We are just a local estate office trying to do a decent job for the people who live around here. If you need us, you know exactly where to find us in the plaza. We're the ones with the messy desks.
