Our office is Shop No 4 on Nazafgarh Road. We are right in the Atar Singh Market, which is very close to the police check post. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and cars passing by all the time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the horns, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been in this market for many years now. Most people around here know us by name. We deal with property sales and rentals mostly. It’s a lot of local stuff, people looking to move a few streets over or finding a small shop for their own business. We don't put on any acts here. When you come in, we’ll probably offer you a seat and ask what you’re looking for. We know the landlords and the sellers in this part of Nazafgarh quite well. That helps when someone is trying to find a deal that actually makes sense. Dealing with real estate can be a major headache, so we try to keep things simple for everyone. We don't use those fancy digital screens; we mostly just talk and look at some papers. We’ve seen the market go up and down over time. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
