Garima General Store

Garima General Store is located right near the Govt School in Palla Road Village. Being near a school means we get a lot of students coming in for snacks or notebooks. It’s a busy spot in Sec. 35 of Faridabad. We’ve been here for a while, and the shop has become a bit of a landmark for people giving directions. The space inside is quite tight because we try to fit in so many different things. We have everything from detergents to snacks and basic medicines. It’s just a straightforward shop where you get what you need and go. We don't have any fancy signs or decorations. Sometimes the floor gets a bit muddy when it rains, but we sweep it out when things calm down. My wife helps me out in the afternoons when the crowd gets bigger. We know most of the teachers and parents by their names. It’s a decent way to earn a living, even if it means we don't get many holidays. We open the shutters early in the morning and don't close until late at night. Life in 121002 moves at its own pace, and we just move along with it. We aren't a big chain, just a local store that’s part of the Sarai Khawaja community.
