Ganpati Estate

We’re Ganpati Estate, based out of Shop No 2 in DLF City Phase III. You’ll find us right opposite Na 63. This part of town is always moving, with new people coming in for work and others looking for a bit more space. We’ve been sitting in this shop for a while now, watching the buildings go up around us. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us here most days. We don’t do much advertising because most people just walk in or hear about us from a friend. Dealing with property in Phase III can be a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we try to keep things calm. We know the blocks around here like the back of our hands. If a landlord is looking for a tenant or someone wants to buy a plot, they usually come talk to us. We aren't interested in fancy talk. We just listen to what you need and tell you what’s actually on the market. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic go by. Other days, we’re running around from one site to another. It’s honest work. The shop isn’t much to look at, but we get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We’re just local people helping other local people find a place to stay or work. It is a bit dusty with all the construction, but that is just how it is.
