We have been here at Shop No 63 for quite a while now. Sector 21 A is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our office isn't very big, but it fits what we need. Gandhi Estate Agency has a few desks and some old files. Mostly, we just talk to people who live nearby or are moving in. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool during the summer. We see a lot of people walking past our window every day. Dealing with property is mostly about keeping track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. It involves a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where we are. Usually, someone drops by for a chat or to ask about a specific plot. We keep the door open when the weather is nice. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but that is just how it is. Sometimes we go out to show a house and have to lock up for an hour. Most neighbors know us. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. It stays busy. We just try to keep things simple here. There is always some paperwork to finish before we head home for the evening.
