Gandhi Cnfectionery & General Store

We are located in Huda Market at Booth numbers 111 and 112 in Faridabad Sector 17. Having two booths next to each other gives us a bit more room than the single shops, which is good because we have a lot of stuff. We sell a lot of sweets, chocolates, and snacks, which is why the kids like coming here after school. But we also have regular general store items like soap and shampoo. The floor is made of old tiles that are a bit cracked in places, but they’ve been there since we opened. We keep a big jars of loose candy on the front counter. It gets quite busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and stop by for a quick snack or to pick up milk for the next morning. My brother and I run the place together. We don't really have a system for where things go, we just put them where they fit. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find what a customer is looking for. We have a cooler for milk and curd, but it makes a loud humming noise all day long. The market itself is always full of people, so there's always something to look at out the front door. We don't do any advertising, people just know we're here. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest little shop. We try to keep things clean but it's hard with so many people.
