Gaba Properties

Our office, Gaba Properties, is tucked away in Sushant Arcade at E-228 in Sushant Lok. It’s a nice enough spot, though the arcade can get pretty busy on the weekends. We have been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The office isn't very big, but we’ve made it comfortable. There are always a few files stacked up on the corner of the desk. We are just a small team of local people. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or fancy titles. Most of our day is spent chatting with people who are looking for a place to live or work in Sushant Lok. We know the buildings in this arcade pretty well. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we just open the door. We don't really believe in flashy signs or loud advertising. People usually find us because a friend told them to come here. We like that kind of business better anyway. It feels more personal. When we aren't talking to clients, we are usually walking around the area to see what's new. Sushant Lok is a big place, but it feels like a small town once you’ve been here long enough. We are just glad to have a roof over our heads at E-228 and work to do every day. It’s a simple life at the arcade and we wouldn't change it.
