Fauji Estate

We are located at 19 Delhi Gurgaon Road, which is basically right opposite Maruti Gate No 2. If you have ever been stuck in traffic near the Maruti plant, you’ve probably seen our office. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there is always something going on outside. Fauji Estate has been here for years, and we’ve seen the whole area change quite a bit. The road used to be much quieter, but now it’s constant noise and movement. We keep the office open pretty late most days because that’s when people are coming back from work and want to stop by. Inside, it’s just a normal place with some old maps on the wall and a lot of tea being drunk. We don’t go in for fancy slogans or anything like that. People come to us because they know we’ve been around and we know the local property market well. Whether it’s a small flat or something bigger, we just give it to you straight. Sometimes the phone doesn’t stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll usually find one of us just sitting there ready to talk. It’s a basic business run by people who live and breathe this part of the city. We just do our best to get things done right.
