Faridabad Fabricators is spread across three plots, 311, 312, and 313. It’s a big enough space for us to handle the fabrication work we take on. Being in Faridabad, you get used to the industrial vibe and the constant hustle. Our workshop is usually full of sparks and the smell of cut metal. It’s a dirty job sometimes, but we don't mind it. We have several guys who have been here since the beginning, and they really are the ones who keep the place going. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just look at the drawings, get the materials ready, and start building. Some projects are harder than others, and we’ve had our share of long nights trying to get things just right. The shop floor can get pretty crowded with half-finished structures, but there is a system to the mess. We try to be direct with anyone who comes by. If we can do it, we say so. If we can't, we tell them that too. It’s better than making promises we can’t keep. The weather gets really hot in these sheds during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We are just a group of people making things out of steel and iron, trying to do an honest job in a busy town. It’s nothing more complicated than that for us, just regular work.
