We have our space in units 7 and 8 at the Gold Souk Mall. It's located in Sushant Lok 1. Working out of a mall is a bit different than a regular street office because there's always a lot of foot traffic. We get people popping in while they're out doing their other shopping. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, but we like the spot. We focus on property around this part of Gurgaon. It’s a fast-moving area, so we have to stay on our toes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a few chairs for when people want to sit and talk. We aren't interested in all that high-pressure sales stuff you see elsewhere. We just tell people what’s available and what the price is. Sometimes we’re out on the field looking at sites, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We’re just a small group trying to help folks find a house or a shop. It’s practical work. We’ve been here long enough that we know the mall security guys by name. It’s just a regular local business. We don't have a website that looks like it cost a fortune. We just use our phones and talk to people face to face. It gets quite busy on the weekends, but we try to keep up with everyone who stops by. It’s just us, doing our thing in the mall.
