Era Infra Engineering Limited

Our office for Era Infra Engineering Limited is at H.No.-1470 in Sector 14, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more relaxed than a typical industrial zone. We use the house as our main hub for all the engineering work we do around Haryana. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, which honestly makes the long hours more tolerable. We’ve got desks set up where the living room used to be. The kitchen is mostly just for making endless rounds of tea and coffee. We don’t really do the corporate thing with uniforms or strict hierarchies. People just come in, find their spot, and start working on the project files. Sometimes the neighbors see us coming in and out with our gear and ask what we’re building next. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the blueprints and the site reports without all the extra noise. Faridabad is a good place for this kind of work because it’s connected well to the other hubs. The walls here are covered in calendars and site photos. It’s not a shiny office building, but it’s where the actual planning happens. We keep things moving, even when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of engineering problems to solve every day. It's not always pretty, but we get the job done properly and on time.
