You can find us at K 10/47 in DLF City Phase II. This is where Empyreal Realty operates from. It’s a well-known part of the city. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the right block. We deal with property stuff every day. Some mornings we spend just answering emails and making calls. DLF City Phase II is always active. There is always some construction or someone moving in nearby. Our office isn't overly large. It’s just enough room for the team and our files. We don't go for fancy decorations. Most of what you see are just maps of the local area and lists of things to do. We like being based here because it’s central for us. People know the address. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge lobby. We’re just a local business called Empyreal Realty. We take things as they come. If a client walks in, we sit down and talk. It’s straightforward. The weather can get pretty hot in this part of town, but we stay busy inside. We know these streets like the back of our hands. Phase II has grown so much since we first arrived. We’ve watched the skyline change from our windows at K 10/47. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the pace. We just keep doing our thing here day after day and hope the traffic isn't too bad tomorrow.
