Elegance Estates

Our office is situated right off National Highway - 8 in Defence Colony, which is very close to Hero Honda Chowk and not far from Roseland Public School. If you are driving around this part of town, you have probably seen our sign a few times. Elegance Estates is really just a handful of us who know the local property market inside and out. It is a noisy spot because of all the traffic from the highway, but it keeps us in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at different plots of land or meeting people who want to sell their property. The office itself is pretty simple and practical. We do not go for any of that polished corporate look; it is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the latest changes in the area, while other days we are busy from morning until night. We have seen this neighborhood grow so much since the school was built. Dealing with land and estates means there is always a lot of legal paperwork to sort through, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just take it one day at a time and try to give people honest information about what they are looking to buy or sell.
