E. S. I. Hospital

This E. S. I. Hospital is located right by the NIT Railway Station, just off NH-5. It’s a very accessible spot if you’re coming in by train or using the highway. We share the space with the Esi Dispensary and the Medical Officer's office. It’s a government-run facility, so things move at their own pace here. You’ll see a lot of people waiting on the benches, especially in the mornings when the queues for the pharmacy and the doctors are longest. It’s not a fancy place by any means. The building has that typical functional look, with plenty of signs telling you where to go for different services. Being near the railway station means there is a constant flow of people coming and going. We handle a lot of the standard healthcare needs for workers covered under the ESI scheme. There’s no polish or corporate branding here. We just have our basic equipment and a staff that deals with hundreds of cases every week. It gets a bit noisy with the trains nearby, but you get used to it. Most people who come here are regulars who know the system. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just open the doors, see the patients, and manage the medical records as best as we can in this busy NH-5 location. It is a practical environment for people who just need to get their checkups done.
