D.S.Doors (P) Ltd.

We have been located here at 11/7 Mathura Road for a good number of years now. If you know the Badarpur Border area at all, you have probably driven right past our gate without even noticing. D.S.Doors (P) Ltd. is a family-run thing that just keeps ticking along. My father started the whole business and now we just carry on with the daily routine. It is a noisy spot because of all the heavy trucks and traffic coming off the main road, but we managed to set up a decent workspace. We spend most of our time dealing with inventory and talking to people who need something solid for their homes or shops. It is not glamorous work by any means, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside the front office and settles on the desks, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know where every single item is stored better than I do. We try to keep the place organized, though things usually get a bit messy when a large shipment arrives on a Tuesday. Mostly, we are just sitting here drinking tea and trying to figure out the delivery schedule for the week. People come in and look at the wood and the frames, and we just tell them what we have in stock.
