Delhi Properties

Delhi Properties is located at Sushant Lok Vyapar Kendra Part-1. It is a busy spot but we have been here for a long while now. Dealing with property around here is not always easy but we handle the day-to-day stuff for people looking for a place or trying to move on from one. Our office is just a small setup really. We know the streets in this part of town quite well because we spend most of our time walking them or talking to the neighbors. It is not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything. Just a desk and some chairs where we can sit down and look at what is available on the market. People come in with all sorts of questions about rent or buying. Sometimes they just want to know what a house down the road sold for last month. We try to keep track of those things so we can give a straight answer. It gets a bit dusty in the summer and crowded during the festival times but that is just how it is. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the local area and how the paperwork goes. If you are around Sushant Lok, you probably passed by us without noticing. We do not do much advertising. Most people find us because someone else told them we helped out before. It is quiet work mostly. Just keeping files in order and making sure people find what they need.
