Dehli Estate Agency is right at 139 Ankhir Chowk in the Sector 16 Shopping Central. If you’re familiar with Sector 16, you know it gets quite a bit of foot traffic. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over the details. We do a lot of work with the shops nearby and the residential blocks around the chowk. It’s a lot of daily grind, answering emails and making sure we haven't missed a call. Property stuff can be confusing with all the rules, so we try to just explain things simply. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, open the shop, and help whoever comes through the door. Sometimes we’re out at a site visit and the shop is locked for an hour, but we usually leave a note. Dealing with real estate in this part of town means you have to be ready for anything. The market goes up and down, and we just keep track of it. It’s an honest living.
